What is the difference between Shells and Faceplates?
Faceplate : The outer face of the earphone that remains visible to others when the monitors are in your ears. This is where your chosen colors, materials, and logos will show.
Shell : The inner body structure of the earphone that rests directly inside your ear canal and outer ear. The shell color and transparency are visible when the earphones are removed.

How do I get my ear impressions taken?
We offer complimentary in-person ear impression services in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
If you are located outside Kaohsiung or internationally, please visit a certified local audiologist or hearing clinic to get your physical impressions made. We will provide comprehensive sampling instructions and can recommend certified local specialists in your area.
How should I ship my ear impressions?
How long does the entire process take?
Standard production typically takes up to one month from the day we receive your physical ear impressions, after which your monitors will be calibrated and shipped immediately.
